# Reviews

In this section, the company can see all the reviews received by its drivers.

**Note:** The rating of drivers directly affects the company's overall rating. The better the drivers' rating, the higher the company's rating, and conversely, the lower the drivers' rating, the lower the company's rating.

Also, each review has a corresponding "Reply" button. Clicking this button will open a pop-up window where the company can comment on the customer's review. This comment will only be visible to the system administrator, after which they can respond to the customer.
