# Availability

Using this setting, you can specify the machine's availability in various zones.

You can specify that the machine is available everywhere except in the specified areas, or that the machine is not available anywhere except in the specified areas.

After pressing the "Add New" button, an additional form for adding new special zones will appear.

As shown in the image above, to indicate availability, you need to specify Zone A (from), Zone B (to), and availability. Please note that this setting also allows for specifying areas that are free from taxis and permit only passenger drop-off or pick-up. Additionally, you can completely prohibit operation in the specified direction or, conversely, allow it. All this will directly affect the possibility of creating a new order. If work in the specified directions is prohibited or only passenger drop-off is permitted, the system will simply not allow the user to place an order in that direction and will display a notification that boarding in this area is prohibited.
