In this section, you'll find information about all payments for orders, commissions paid to taxi companies, affiliates, and partners. The list of invoices is presented with the following details:
Invoice number
Brief description of the payment
Payer (linked to their profile)
Payee
Payment amount
Payment method
Payment status
Date and time of payment
Date and time of invoice creation
"View" button to see invoice details
"More info" button to edit the invoice
Additionally, at the top of the section, there are sorting and filtering options for easier navigation:
Show all invoices
Show only paid invoices
Show only unpaid invoices
Show only canceled invoices
Show all refund requests
Show all refunded payments
Show only affiliate payments
Show only partner payments
Show only taxi company commission payments
Keyword search
Show all payments for a selected time period
Show all invoices with a specific payment method
Cash
Credit card
Bancontact
On Invoice (applicable to partners and affiliates)
After clicking the "View" button, a pop-up window will appear displaying detailed information about the payment:
Payer
Payee
Payment ID
Payment status
Booking number
Trip addresses
Payment amount breakdown
Date and time of payment creation
"View invoice PDF" button to download the invoice in PDF format
Clicking the "More info" button will open a new window with the option to edit the invoice.
Note: You can only edit invoices for orders whose execution time has not yet occurred or for which payment has not yet been processed.
Also, in case of disputes, already paid invoices will have the option to refund the payment for the order.
To create a new custom invoice, go to the main page of the "Invoices" section and click on the "Add New" button. A new window will open where you can specify payment details:
Recipient (auto-fill field)
Currency (EUR and USD are currently available)
Brief description of the invoice (accompanying text)
Description of the service and its cost (with the option to add additional services)
Save button and return to the list of all invoices.
After submission, the recipient will receive an email with a link to the invoice.
Also, in the user's account dashboard, under the Invoices section, a new invoice will appear with the option to pay it.
Until the invoice is paid, the recipient will see a "Pay" button next to the corresponding payment. Clicking on this button will take the user to a new page where payment details will be displayed, and the system will offer to choose a convenient payment method. After successful payment, the payment status will change from Pending to Complete.
Sometimes, when paying commissions to partners or affiliates occurs outside the system (for example, in cash), there is a need to mark the invoice as paid. Specifically for such cases, the system administrator will have a "Complete" button displayed next to the invoices. Clicking on it will mark the invoice as successfully paid.
